“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29: 11
Throughout the history of Clay Fellowship Church, we always sought God’s leadership and still seek where His Spirit is calling us. We look to the past and the future, not with understanding, but with hope. Our hope rests in God’s revelation, the ways Christ’s leadership calls us to earnestly worship and pursue ways of feeding his sheep and tending to the needs of the whole flock

Greetings to all in the name of our Lord Jesus. All praise and honor are yours oh Lord today and forever more. It’s a blessing to have another opportunity to share with you all the exciting things God is doing at Clay Fellowship Church. First, I want to thank each one of you for providing me and Dianne the honor of being your pastor family. You have been so loving and supportive of both our ministry and our health challenges. Most of all … thank you for all the prayers you’ve offered up for us, especially those for Dianne. I don’t know what we would have done without them. They sustain us daily as we continue to serve in God’s kingdom here on earth. You are the best!
As most of you know we are now a couple of weeks into the Forty Days of Prayer for God’s anointing and outpouring of His Holy Spirit both on us and through us. Recently I asked that in recognition of our Bible study we borrow from Daniel his prayer plan. Daniel prayed three times every day. If you haven’t already, will you choose three specific times in your day to stop what your doing and pray. My times are 9:00/3:00/9:00. It’s important to schedule your prayer time for a couple of reasons. 1. If you’re like me, I get so caught up in all the “stuff” of living sometimes I forget. Having an appointed time helps me. 2. It proves to God our commitment and dependency on Him. Nothing can be accomplished for the kingdom without God’s anointing and outpouring. Like I pray so often, “I’m nothing without you Lord, but with you everything is possible.”
As a part of our Forty Days Of Prayer emphasis, we are planning this Sunday to bring our prayer concerns and requests to God. Simply, write down your prayer request and bring your list to church Sunday. I’m calling it “Foot of the Cross Sunday”. During the service this Sunday I’ll ask each one of you to come spend time at God’s altar then place your prayer list in the baskets at the foot of the cross that we will have near the altar. After you have had an opportunity to pray individually at the altar and have placed your request at the foot of the cross, we will then come together and lift up each others request to our loving God who hears and answers our prayers. Praise be to our Lord Jesus the Christ. Prayerfully consider what and who you will bring in prayer to God this Sunday. Don’t miss this time of being in the presence of a Holy God in prayer with God’s people. The Family of God
Blessings
